I was equally impressed with David Mendell and the installation team. They were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They treated my home with respect, kept the work area clean throughout the installation, and thoroughly tested everything before leaving to ensure the system was operating properly.
There was also a complication involving a bend in my existing line set, but the team handled it professionally and efficiently. They communicated clearly about the issue and resolved it without any hassle.
