Julius and Whaki arrived within 1 hour of the 8-12 service window after giving 20 minutes heads-up notification. They diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, then efficiently installed a new thermostat for my upstairs area.

The awesome team at Woodfin just replaced my downstairs heat pump with a new Carrier, dual-fuel, high-efficiency, Ecobee thermostat, Carrier heat pump. My previous unit was over 20 years old and was showing its age. Brad gave me a fair estimate of the cost and worked to have the new unit quickly installed. The installer David was outstanding—he explained everything in detail to me, and was patient with my questions. He showed me pictures of all of his work. We went through the thermostat and we discussed how to customize. Part of the reason I went with Woodfin is their people—they are quality and they care about the customer. I also appreciate the high-quality equipment that they use. I plan on staying in my house a long time and I appreciate the quality of the unit and the craftsmanship of their work. Woodfin was one of four outfits that came over and gave us a quote for a new cold air inverter for our residential downstairs unit. Rodney pitched us a very competitive contract and they were the only outfit that worked a ten-year annual maintenance plan into the offer. Customers notice that kind of detail and it saved us a few thousand dollars over the course of the warranty for this unit and the air handler under the house. The equipment was all very nicely installed and sealed. All details were briefed to our understanding as well. The crew were professionally dressed and friendly and were a pleasure to have here doing the job. My wife and I highly recommend them. Lastly, we also like that their HQs is open 24/7 and if you need to reach out to a human being…they’ll be there for you.
