My unit of 13 years had a part go bad. The young man who came out on Saturday did all he could do to fix it, but the part was not available. He offered to place a window unit to get us by. We received a quote for the replacement part with labor on Sunday. They were out on Monday morning, and I had cool air by noon. Great job as always.

We just had essentially a total HVAC system gut and installation with new heat pumps and ducts. For the size of the job, every member of the team did a fantastic job, especially Dylan and David. True professionals in every sense of the word. Even when we threw a slight curveball, they weren’t fazed. Five Stars Is Too Few
Yesterday Woodfin installed a new furnace and new air conditioning unit in our house. I am 89 years old, and I have never seen more dedicated and hard working people. Zack and companion worked on the installation for seven hours straight without taking a single break, dismantling the old furnace, removing it, and installing the new unit. Josh, who had previously visited us and set up the appointment, did a great job in letting us know what to expect. Cleanup couldn't have been better. On top of all that, you could not possibly find people more friendly and just outright approachable. Five stars is too few. Seven stars at the minimum!!

Dustin Ferrell saved the day. Central AC was blowing but not cooling. Thermostat set at 69. Temperature in house was 79. Requested service call this morning online. Dustin shows up at 12:30. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a part, and now it is cooling down. Price was reasonable. I was concerned that it could take several days to get a service call or get the problem fixed. I am happy that I was wrong. Dustin did a good job. He was polite and professional.
