I was highly impressed with my Woodfin comfort advisor, Levy. I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to get set up for gas logs in one appointment just due to previous experience from a few years ago trying to get quotes for my fireplace. Well, Levy proved me wrong. He answered all of my questions and made what seemed like a complicated process regarding getting gas from the city into the easiest process possible. Levy showed me what a gas meter was, showed me locations for where the meter likely would go at my house, showed me the most popular logs, showed me pictures of previous installs, etc. I had concerns about my current wood chip insert and flue liner, and Levy was able to make some quick calls and confirm Woodfin could help with that as well. 5/5 rating. I am SO excited for my install in the coming weeks.

Christopher and his team were at my house for three days totally replacing and rebuilding my plumbing system. They replaced old copper and cast iron with PVC and even had to break up the basement floor to replace and clear those lines. They did excellent work. Let me know what was going on and were so courteous. They filled in all the holes and resurfaced them in the basement floor, cleaned up and put everything back where it belonged. You would never know they were there. I recommend Christopher and his Woodfin team to anyone that needs any type of plumbing work done or replacement. The Woodfin teams always do excellent work and it’s a pleasure having them come to my house. I recommend them to everyone.
