It took 2 service calls to fix my furnace but they came right away and stayed on it until the problem was fixed.

Gas logs installed well
Woodfin and Christopher did a good job installing our gas logs and tank. The only issue was a hood attachment for the fireplace was left off on the first visit, which the county inspector pointed out when he came out. This was brought and installed on the final visit and all seems well now.

We had one of your plumbing technicians come out this morning by the name of Rodney Russell. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to come into our home and get the job done. We couldn't get our gas logs lit due to him finding a broken wire. He fixed the wire, blew the line out and put our logs back together and had the logs lit in no time. You can't beat Woodfin's customer service NOR the price for this service call and repair. Woodfin definitely gets 5 stars from us⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I worked with the Sales Specialist Gavin. He met with me at my home and was on time for our appointment. I asked to make a change after signing a contract and spoke with Team Leader Austin to do so. Austin understood what I needed to change and he pleasantly worked with me to make it happen. Then the Mechanic/Installer, the most important person in this whole process, Rodney hit the home run by setting up my new tank. Rodney called me because I was not at home, to see where he could drive in my yard so there would be no issues. He then located 2 leaks in my line, that was NOT installed by Woodfin and that I had no idea that I had. Wait till you hear this. HE FIXED THEM AT NO CHARGE! Unheard of these days. Consider Woodfin. They definitely appreciate your business!

Had a leak in the indoor coil. Nolyn diagnosed the problem, charged the system with refrigerant until they could return to replace the coil. He and Woodfin efficiently negotiated a complicated warranty replacement with the manufacturer. I was an HVAC/R tech for 10 years. I left a new, in-box, air handler in my attic for 8 years before install. I registered the warranty on the date of install, not the date of purchase. Most homeowners don't buy a new air handler and let it set in their attic for 8 years. Highly recommend.
