I was really surprised when at least 6 Woodfin trucks arrived at my house and professionally installed the equipment. They explained what they were doing and how each piece of equipment worked. I chose them over other companies because they do everything in-house. I highly recommend anyone looking to install a stand-by generator to give them THE CALL.

I asked her numerous questions about things that I had forgotten about keeping the generator in good shape during the year. She took her time explaining to me as I was writing everything down. I'm a retired military senior soldier, and she reminded me of some of the good soldiers that I came across during my career. She did a great job and was very knowledgeable communicating to me about the questions I asked her.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I recently received from Woodfin. Your team has consistently provided prompt service, and my last visit was no exception.
Joe Wood and his partner, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, arrived early to investigate a potential leak that was causing a higher-than-normal water bill. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, quickly identifying the leak at the water meter, which is the city's responsibility.
Joe also noticed that I had not yet had my annual inspection for this year. He proactively called the office to see if they could complete it during their visit before heading to their next appointment. This thoughtful gesture allowed Joe to complete the inspection on the spot, while his partner was able to proceed to their next call.
I truly appreciate Woodfin's commitment to putting customers first. Joe and his partner were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend their services.
