Dylan came to our house on an emergency visit after our heat went out on a night it was going to get down to 16°. He was kind and understanding and took the time to really make sure he both figured out our heating issue and solved it 100%. Even though it was 10:30 at night, he still took the time to answer our questions and even after he diagnosed and fixed our problem, did a full diagnostic over our heating system to make sure there weren’t any more issues. When he left, we were confident that our heating issue was fixed and we haven’t had any issues since. Would highly recommend Woodfin and Dylan especially. Treat him well Woodfin, you have an exceptional employee there.
