I don’t remember if I already shared here, but it’s worth repeating. I’m so grateful to Woodfin! The only company of four that didn’t try to rip me off! Several other companies were saying I needed a new furnace when all the furnace needed was a temp adjustment so the boiler wasn’t “boiling” the water and causing relief valves to open! 20 stars to you all and I can’t recommend you enough! I do tell everyone about this! Two years with no heat trying to save for a furnace were miserable, you folks are honest and I’m beyond grateful for my nice warm house and your skilled technician!

Michael Smith came to the rescue for me this morning! He was smiling, professional, kind, and most importantly... knowledgeable! My furnace was inoperable last year as I was told by another company I needed a new T&P valve and air vent. I couldn’t afford it and used space heaters last year. I remembered Woodfin used to bring me oil so I reached out and was blessed with Michael. He determined the cause of the water pouring out after the furnace went off to be due to the water temp being set 10 degrees too high. No new valve or air vent issue. He fixed it after cleaning the furnace completely per my request! After such a long time without heat and the stress that caused me (I’m a senior), I can’t recommend Woodfin highly enough! Thank you Woodfin (and Michael should get much deserved recognition for a great job)! Five stars! Don’t waste your time on any other company for your heating needs.
