UPDATE: I finally got a call back from the plumbing manager. He agreed with the solution we outlined in our letter to them, so I've revised my review to four stars. It took some time to get hold of someone who could help us, but in the end they treated us fairly. Also, the plumbing work that they did is holding up well, which was the most important thing! I will use Woodfin in the future.
I’ve been a Woodfin customer for over 2 years. They replaced my HVAC system, and they’ve done major plumbing work at my house. I have two maintenance plans with them. I’ve left many positive reviews for their technicians. So when there was a problem with a plumbing job they did, I thought it would be easy to get it solved. It wasn’t. I tried contacting them by phone, by letter, and by email, and they just never responded. On their website they say they have a "No Lemon Guarantee." It says, “If during the first year following a Woodfin installation you are not satisfied with the workmanship and manufacturer's specified performance of the system, we will do everything in our power to satisfy your concerns." It’s not true. They owed me at least a call back to talk about the situation. I’ll never do business with Woodfin again, and neither should you.
