When you sign up for a Comfort Protection Plan, you become a Preferred Customer and receive Priority Emergency Service! Most of our plans include 25% discount or allowance on all parts and labor, and many include no trip charge fees and yearly or bi yearly free maintenance check ups.

Electrical Comfort Protection Plan

1. 12-Point Precision Inspection & System Evaluation INCLUDED
2. 25% parts & labor allowance on any repairs your system may require during the year
3. Annual inspection covers main electrical panel, lighting, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, surge and lightning protection, electric receptacles and ground fault receptacles
4. No trip charges for emergency service required during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday

Plumbing Comfort Protection Plan

1. Safety check of your plumbing system
2. Inspect and test all toilets
3. Check all faucets for leaks and proper operation
4. Check all drains and sink traps; exposed pipes and valves; washing machine hose; outside faucets; sump pumps and sewer ejectors
5. Visual inspection of water heater
6. Special Plumbing Protection Plan discount of 25% on all repairs
7. Priority emergency service with flat rate pricing
